I think it's just incompetent officials, Sheff Utd had a stone waller denied and he was 5 yards away from it

Even though the first one was definitely a handball if we had VAR that would’ve been given but it was behind the the refs view so I can understand why he didn’t give it, the second one, I am at a loss

I can only think that the ref didnt wanna give a red relativrly early in the match. VAR would have given both without a doubt
