Summer Transfer Window

No guarantees with any signings of course, and who knows how it's going to turn out this season, but the type of players we are targeting in this window is much more like the old Swansea City. We're getting off the beaten track, we're trying to do something different, we're signing players who see us as a step up not a step down. Oh and we're trying to make permanent signings too.

It just feels a whole lot better to me. I really hope it takes off for us.

I guess we don't know what's going on internally. Someone might be close to leaving? (Fulton, Ollie Cooper?)
If we really are working on a deal for O'Brien, maybe this lad will come in as well - for cover?
I think regardless of anyone leaving, we're probably a bit short of cover in midfield. Franco/Widell/Galbraith start every game, Fulton left as backup, Cooper plays a different role really.

Additionally, been reading this would be a record sale for Lincoln. Their current record sale is about £640,000 for Toffolo, so might not be a massive bankbreaker. £1m at the most, I'd imagine
Think they wanted 1.2M for him, but with him refusing to play now I think they could be forced to lower it.

Rather have a proven player at this level coming in like LoB if we can make it happen.

We've signed 5 players with no Championship experience so be good to consolidate with signings with knowledge of this league to off set any bedding on of the players We've signed.

It's exciting and refreshing how we are planning our season in this window.
