I think the honest person will say they are changing their mind but minds can change in an instance for sure.....he needs to keep it going for the remaining 4 games.

If he does get it, he needs a few decent players in all areas...they need to be within budget so we will need other areas of the club to be up to the level that Sheehan has been thus far.

I wasn't even entertaining the idea of him as long-term manager when LW left (or when Duff left), but I'm pretty much all in at this point.

The great thing is we don't have to decide now - We have four games left to see if the performance levels can be maintained, then take a breather at the end of the season and see where we're at.

The future looks bright either way now the doom and gloom of the Martin coaching tree has been uprooted and f*cked off, hopefully forever.

Dimi is on the case for new players, and if you hadn’t crossed swords with him so much he may have come back on here and asked you to supply him some of your obscure transfer names for him to take a look at 🤣🤣

Assuming he keeps the job, the next challenge would be stringing performances and building some form when things are at stake and the pressure is on. Look at how Sheff Utd have crumbled under the pressure in this last week and fallen away from the leading pack in the chase for the two auto places

He’s had a great start.

Lewis O’Brien a masterstroke. Best midfielder I’ve seen down here in a long, long time.

Votes been changed to yes. Don't let me down Sheezy 😂😂. Fickle Fan I am 😂😂. Also I do feel we have some really good under 21 players to come in, and get rid of few squad players and Melker Widell coming in. No reason we can't have a good bench

If and only if... I was slightly critical of O Brian it's his finishing and sometimes he gives it away. His pressing for 90 minutes is crazy good and has added more to the team. We won't keep him due to his wages, but maybe we can bring in someone who is similar. I was always an Ntcham fan, yes different, but we have been screaming for a good 10 for ages. Cough Eom maybe 😂😂

The likes of Josh Thomas absolutely needs to get an opportunity in preseason to see if he can offer something to the senior squad or needs a stint in say League 1 for a year

Widdell aswell to come into this side.

Really hopeful for next season.

Agree. For me it's Kyrell Wilson that I feel is next break out. I'm not feeling Congreeve. Maybe judging his time under Martin. My opinion can change though.

He’s a very likeable guy, you wouldn’t think he was mates with Watson & Nathan Jones butt.

Incredible difference looking at the players, what Josh Key said in his interview the other day, the wins against tough teams 10 points against top 6 vs 0 when baldy baldy was here, the tactical changes to suit who we are up against not just using the same style week in week out to better your image and look on modern football *Russ/Williams, the clean sheets, over the 2 spells he deserves the chance now imo, rolling contract as someone stated would be a good option but maybe he’d think that’s disrespectful if we go unbeaten between now and seasons end, with some better players in the summer it could be a great option to keep him.

Other sites reporting he could go into under 21 rather than first team. That would be madness if you asked me. Has to come in based on what potential he has shown and demand and hype.

I think Montague said Congreve, Wilson & Cotterill will be the ones coming into the squad in pre season to see how they do.

Also controversial but Parker would do well for a loan. Cotterill has done really well out and seems loans are actually paying off going out. First time in long time
