• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Who was the chairman? Who doled out the contracts and agreed the transfer fees?

Jenkins.
Who were the owners and have more say and power: Jason Levien & Steve Kaplan
Who introduced a "algorithm" from NFL to sign the players we did in 2017-18: Jason Levien & Steve Kaplan

Do you think that if we appoint someone other than Sheehan then we'll be in a position to challenge for promotion?
We've ben such a shambles off the pitch for so long, we're a million miles away from being able to seriously consider going up.
Im not sure, I didn't think so but Cooper almost did despite our owners

Why do you think Kaplan and Levein kept such a tight hold on the reins after relegation? Because they'd had their fingers burned so badly by letting Jenkins do it.

What is more likely the reason we resigned Ayew and Bony? Some NFL algorithm or Jenkins doing what he did so often by repeatedly trying to bring his favourites in. See also Emnes, Marvin.

NFL algorithm by our Yanks. Jenkins had no say, and they definitely didn't have their fingers burned by letting Jenkins do it. Respectfully, why are you defending the Yanks?

True, especially because you think everything is going fine now like the owners think now.
There's been a complete restructuring at the top, so it's far too early to start casting judgment. You seem to fall into that group of fans who are fuming if nothing changes, and just as fuming when something does.

Let’s give this new setup a fair run before we start judging and throwing our toys out of the pram.

Meet new boss same as the old boss. Shuffling the deck chairs on Titanic. Also all we got is a new CEO and DOF, the DOF was supposed to be for Luke Williams but is since gone. I wouldn't necessarily call that a complete restructure

Pointless, Doc.

May as well talking to the nearest wall.
