Nothing untrue with what I read he has said.

I bet be found it therapeutic writing a blog on the thickos coming through.
 
The assimilation of the US 'prom' into British culture is an insidiously false abomination. Kids, especially girls, are under enormous pressure to look good, and parents have to cover its often enormous expense. This whistle-blower should be congratulated on his honesty rather than face punishment in any way.

The discos we had in the 80s were far better and more honest than all this ultra competitive prom dress and tuxedo bullshit, with its inane Reality TV driven aesthetic. The whole Prom thing needs to be punted back across the Atlantic to where it belongs.

When I dropped my lad off at his prom the road was gridlocked with stretch limos. Then a bunch of his classmates rocked up in a helicopter.....
