• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

She had a brilliant win yesterday against the ninth seed and is into the last 16. Don't blame her for prioritising the singles in the circumstances.

He should have chosen his doubles partner more wisely instead of someone who would strain a fingernail opening a packet of Doritos 🙄
Apparently if she had made her decision sooner, he could have could have drafted in a replacement.

The girl knew she wasn't going to play and has shafted him big style.

Awful lot of anger here towards one of the very few British players to win a Grand Slam.

Presumably she hurt her wrist during her match yesterday and wanted to see how it felt today before withdrawing. Not quite sure why people are having issues with it to be honest.

She made the correct decision in terms of putting herself first. The question is could she have made that decision sooner and given him the opportunity to find someone else to pair up with.

Or she didn't think she'd make the 4th round and now wants maximum rest before her next encounter? Nothing wrong with putting number one first mind...

She had operations on both wrists and an ankle last year, and even turned down the Olympics last month.

Radacanu made the same decision Andy Murray would have had the situation been reversed. Nothing to see here. Murray, in my opinion Britain’s greatest ever sportsperson, had the send off he deserved the other night.

Now here's a thread and a half!
Murray will be up there, Steve Ovett, Daley Thompson, Paula Ratcliffe, Virginia Wade, Lennox Lewis, Tanni Grey-Thompson, Roger Bannister...
