• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Not looking like he will return

Ive got a feeling that he will come back here next season. I don't think it's a given that he will go to a PL club.

We can offer garunteed first choice status. Playing 35+ games here, with the opportunity to get regular goals and build his confidence. This may be seen as beneficial to Liverpool, over going to a bottom half PL club and starting a lot less regularly, with all the pressure that goes with it.

I'm clinging on to this feeling as well. Full season with us, potentially Championship top scorer...would do his stock a World of good. He is still only 20 years old, after all.

I'd still be amazed, mind...but fingers and toes crossed.

Yep, I think he needs another season, or half with us to toughen up a bit, IMO its a risk him going to a lower league Prem side.

I cant imagine many bottom half PL clubs where he wouldn't be 1st choice.

Id love to see him back here but realistically cant see it.

Same, don’t think he’s anywhere near ready.

I think he’ll end up somewhere like Fulham or Leeds but will find himself out of the side after a month or so. Cracking finisher but won’t get the chances in a struggling premier league side and all round game not quite up to it at this early stage of his career.

Nothing but best wishes from me though, hope he proves me wrong. Loved him here.

I hope Liverpool look at the Tammy Abraham situation and use their heads, unless he's guranteed to start at one of the linked Premier League teams then what's the point?

Not looking like he will return

Just scored another 2 for LFC out on their pre-season trip so working hard to impress Klopp.

Brewster has dragged Liverpool from the jaws of defeat with two goals in the last 20 minutes

Looked impressive

With a name like Rhian, theres only one place he should be........Come back Boyo. :)

Worth 15m all day long.

Natural instinctive finisher ten times better than Tammy Abraham

Klopp suggested Brewster needs to work harder but IMO that's not his game.
As we saw with us, the more he has to work )midfield or wide) the less effective he is at scoring goals.

No way will Liverpool let him leave for £15M at the moment, imo. He’s shown glimpses of being a real top talent in the future, and god knows what he’ll be worth if that happens.

Would be a cracking signing for Sheff Utd though. Do they have a scout focused on us or something? :D

Banford or Brewster?

I know who’d I’d pick all day long.

Brewster’s going to be a top player

Local word (Liverpool Echo)is Klopp rates him highly. Loan likely unless they sell Origi. Did well here and Klopp happy with how Cooper handled him.

I really hope you are right but looking from the outside would Klopp rather give him PL experience?

I think we are being over optimistic
