I was told a fee slightly higher than that. Between that and Yates.

Whatever it is though, it’s alot higher than people realise I think, I was shocked by it.

Same, I think the extra is the total package value.

But as you say, the total fee isn’t too far off Yates’. These players aren’t cheap.

Lati was a tribunal free transfer, I don’t think it lists compensation. €2.3m euros for Darling is correct yeah as is €4m euros for Oba.

“Free” or “?” Is perfectly fine as a listing.

It is a free transfer, they don’t know the compensation. When they do they will list it.

Surely this is you arguing black is white, no?

No one has had to convince me daps. I just know on this occasion the fee is alot higher than you are stating.

Majority of the time I’m just speculating like everyone else, but this particular one, nope.

Transfer spend so far including the loans probably comes somewhere in the region of £6m.

With a £12m (or was it £14m?) shortfall last set of accounts and probably similar last year, that’s a remarkable effort.

Transfermrket does have his fee listed as 2million.....

But also has his current value listed as 500k. Which echoes my worries about paying that much out for the guy.

But hopefully that can change.

One of the things for me that makes a forum - and any form of social media - will be things like the posts of Daps.

He has posted similar for years and will (I am sure) openly admit that some of his statements are quite far from the truth whilst others hit the bullseye.

Most (maybe even himself) take him with a large pinch of salt and I don't buy an argument that it is damaging the club (I still refuse to believe that social media drives decisions of successful businessmen) nor would I support any call for him to be banned. He posts for me within the site guidelines

Honestly people trusting Transfermarkt as fact is a step to far for me. They're on the list of sources not to trust for FM. Always verify elsewhere before using as while there's some sound info on there it's indistinguishable from the pure fiction and guesswork.

It's fine with me, it's my fault that he has started posting on here so apologies all.
I started posting and then he has jumped on board with his agenda(as stated by others on here) towards me.

Stating Transfermarkt as fact just puts the cherry on this particular thread for me.
The guy could twist tungsten.
