• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

We have to be the worst team in the professional game, for taking throw ins. We have been abysmal at them for donkeys years as well.

I blame Andy Legg, ever since he ran up the tunnel and threw it on the head of chopper Harris v Reading (I think) at the Vetch, our throw ins have been atrocious!

And the worst thrower in in world football is on the bench too.

It's not helped by the fact that it seems only the full backs are allowed to take throws and then they wait 30 seconds, throw it to whomever has wriggled free, get it passed back to them at pace and it either goes out for a throw to the opposition, we or thrower can't control it and we lose possession.

It's like a bad film that's been on repeat for years.

They look as toothless as us.
Hope we don't revert to type and offer up a chance like they gave us.

Midfield engine starting to look a little tired now, will likely look for a change or two on the hour I would think.
