His moment of madness was the icing on the cake of a poor team performance Saturday.
At least he was committed although not sure what he was thinking.
Over the season though he has been one of our better players and think he will be better with a new manager at the helm

I compare him to Pratley because I think they both have good engines, good getting forward and committed. Imagine putting Pratley in defensive midfield. Even Sousa had the sense to use him box to box

Indeed. Cooper has been responsible for many bad decisions this season. Playing players who should be dropped, not playing others, playing players out of position and failure to make substitutions at the right time.
The fact that we did as well as we did is amazing when you consider the mistakes Cooper made

We’re not appealing his red card, banned for the first 3 matches of next season.

Why not if everyone is convinced he slipped ?

It’s a strange one, I definitely expected an appeal.

I wonder if loan specifications came into play?
Or is he just very limited.

Every team needs a player like Fulton imo alongside players who provide something else. We have 3 midfielders in Fulton, Smith & Grimes who all work hard but together don't have enough creativity or pace. 2 of those 3 plus a proper creative midfielder who links with the strikers would probably be ok at this level and many expected Hourihane to be that creative midfielder but he didn't even come close and after a promising start, became a complete passenger. Fulton should be praised for what he brings to a team rather than derided for what he doesn't and its up to the manager to get someone in who does provide what players like Fulton don't. It's all about balance.
