• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Ffs M&S is more expensive than Waitrose...

Nice food there though, Mrs has cleared the shelves there these last few days,

I've still got the last few left. Question is, do Marks have the cheese hot cross buns in stock?

Cheese hot cross buns, my word I never knew such a thing existed, don't appeal to me one bit, I have to say I do love a Hot cross bun, but don't want bleeding cheese on the things, whatever next, I doubt the likes of Mrs Bouquet would find those appropriate for one of her famous afternoon teas

Just when we thought the end was in sight, my old man bought us a Christmas pudding. How long it stays in the cupboard for is anyone’s guess.

Trust me, smothered in salted butter they're on a different level

I still got a solitary Tangerine left and a few Mince Pies

We had a chocolate-orange flavoured christmas pudding bom for afters tonight.

I'd paid a quid or two in the post-Crimbo sale and had planned to have it next December, but needs must.

I'm 99 KG at present. My heaviest ever. Summat's gotta change.

What!
Mince pies should be a year round delight, Shirley?
