There was a door opposite David Evan's on Princess Way. The old BHS store. The bar they showed was on the upper floor. There was no bar on the ground floor. Just checked with the missus, it was one of the first clubs she went to back in the 80s. TBH never frequented the place myself as it goes.monmouth said:Where is this in relation to the New York? The Buccaneer was roughly down where the Quadrant entrance is now, opposite where Primark is now. St Mary's street as isDarran said:monmouth said:Where is this in relation to the New York? Further up the road on the left wasn’t it not far from The Buccaneer.

Not the clearest of images but The Buccaneer is the white building on the right hand side.

Pretty sure I tried getting in as a schoolboy only to be thrown out
