• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Drives traffic to their website.

Can easily turn around and make some nonsense up if and when the lad signs.

If the deal was off the mainstream media would have picked this up by now.
Fair enough

All seems eerily quiet

Hoping they're waiting for three or four signed and to confirm them at once

Social media manager has probably taken annual leave and we won't get any updates until they log back on tomorrow.

If the lad is having doubts, why not change the loan from an obligation to buy with an option to buy.

That way if the lads enjoys his time with us he can sign based on that.

I'd have doubts about going to us full time if I were him.

Given the rumoured clause is that we can only sign him if we stay up then i'm not sure what more we could do to allay any fears he has of playing in League one. The lad has real opportunity to play a lot of games and make a name for himself, with no real downside given the clause. I've not heard about anyone else being in for him so he is being incredibly silly if he is pissing about.

M'borough, but that seemed to be hinged on Hayden Hackney heading to Porto. But Porto's bid was a low ball so not likely to be movement there

All we can hope is that IF it is true, that we put a deadline in place for him to decide so we can move on sharpish to new targets

Good opportunity for the lad to play first team football in a competitive league, especially if no one else wants him, maybe he’s backing himself to get a chance with City.

Well the downside for him is that we stay up by the skin of our teeth and he's playing in League One in 18 months time instead of 6 months time.

Don't think he's being incredibly silly. He's a Man City graduate so he's always going to have options.

Would you advise anyone to sign for us right now?

Maybe he spoke to Mr Burns and Mr Ogbeta who didn’t have a great time here

If he is good enough he'll move onto better things eventually regardless. The kid should back himself.
