• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

January Transfer Rumours

Fair enough.

I just think there have been a few examples now of him showing naivety/coming across poorly in interviews.

He said Rushworth was coming back again this season, he spoke about not going into the dressing room for the QPR game as if it was a good thing, he joked about the West Brom situation instead of saying he was committed to Swansea and now he's said he doesn't know what's happening with transfers.

Whilst the comments in the press conference may have been him attempting to not give too much away, I think it was the latest example of him maybe needing to be a bit more self aware when he has a microphone in front of him

I’m suspect he doesn’t know what’s going on. That’s been a common theme for our managers in the last few years. They seem to don’t know what progress has been made and get increasingly annoyed as the window goes on with nothing happening.

Ffs, so this apparent planning has been ongoing for months according to Coleman and yet our manager is travelling abroad on the 19th of January to see these players, when the window opened on the 1st?
When we have a game on tuesday as well 😂

The women have signed Verity Jones, a GK. A future replacement for McLaughlin perhaps ? Perhaps Luke is aware or in the loop of this one ?

Sounds like we are going around in circles again in the winter transfer window.

Await the reasons why we haven't signed a CM or CB this month from our esteemed chairman

Along with promises that they are working extremely hard behind the scenes in order to hit the ground running in the summer transfer window

He has played a combined total of 321 mins this season. 51 mins in the league.
Last year he played 251 minutes all season.

Doesn't fill me full of excitement, he is 23 as well, so probably should be playing.
However with all that in mind, he's probably our most likely signing of the rumours so far.
Boro fans think he’s a really good player and would be annoyed if they sold him

He's had an unknown injury this season, which kept him out for a couple of months so he missed 10 games because of that. Still doesn't seem to be used much by them, other than as a rotation player (late substitute, cup games etc)

The jock strap is staying until the end of the season.

Fair play the new owners are playing a blinder in this window, what a waste of wage.

Josh Thomas recalled from Bromley and sent to Ireland. The club's tweet didn't say which team. Just 'Republic of Ireland outfit'.
