• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I thought Low was more technical than Cabango especially his passing range both right and left footed and quite wide ranging.

Considering his physicality and height, he wasn't as dominant in the air as Darling.

He is very quick as a last defender and covers a lot of ground and has the composure to play from the back.

I could see JL being a decent signing if it comes off.

If we can get this Wycombe lad in, I wouldn't be surprised if we try to move Darling on for a fee this window. Bristol City are reportedly interested in him and are knocking on the top six door at the moment.

Do we know if the bloke is any good? We'd probably need another cb if darling goes

Well looks like Coleman fancies him.
I think the writing is on the wall regarding Darling unfortunately, can see us trying to get some coin for him this window seeing that we will be playing the rest of the season out as a mid table club with very little jeopardy...

Wycombe signed a centre half from Derby on loan for the rest of the season today so maybe something in the air regarding Low 🤔
Wycombe have got him to replace their other first choice CB who was recalled by WBA. Can't see them getting rid of their other CB too.

I wish people would stop using modern day babble of "stats". This is the information that has got us the crap we have to endure at present. Who remembers the good old days before "assists". What a load of bollocks that word is. You get an "assist" for a two yard sideways pass for someone to score from 35 yards. It's total bullshit.

Which is why expected assists is a more useful stat as it factors in the probability of the goal being scored. Tymon has the best expected assists tally in the league, ahead of the highly acclaimed Azaz, Doak, Hamer and Chakvetadze.
