Wycombe just re signed that centre back Taylor on loan for the rest of the season, they signed a Danish centre back to replace but now he is back!

Joe Low on the move?

Are we spending funds in this window to secure a player we can't play this season?

Do we have the luxury and funds for this?

As average as I thought he was I'd take that in the short term.

Seems fairly apparent that the club are just trying to get through this season and do a hard reset in the Summer. New manager, new players, the lot.
Yeah agree with that, it does seem like every summer is a new reset.

Yes they are just trying to scrape through this season but I don't see any sort of reset on the summer, all I see is another season of struggle.

If you look at Ipswich as a comparison, they’ve gone almost the completely opposite way. Their promotion team from League 1 and the Championships was almost exclusively UK and Ireland players. I think their manager is even on record saying he prefers to work with British/Irish players as they’re all familiar with the FA coaching framework and it help communication.

But then Brentford and Brighton have been successful with majority overseas players.

Maybe there’s no one best approach to recruitment other than don’t be shit at it!
We are more Brighton than Ipswich.

We can draw upon real success with our overseas (esp Espana) signings, cheap as chips with quality galore. It is the Swansea way we all romanticise about and I welcome it back.
