just watched this back - no way in hell is that a dive.. think about how quick it happens in real time, he does a step over, the defender puts his leg out and he plants his foot agaisnt the defender, intentional or not its contact and a foul. It wpuldnt have been queried if outside the box

He definitely initiated the contact, I would be fuming if that was given against us. We have had so many stonewall pens denied to us though that I don't give two sh*ts though

He should have kept it in his locker and saved it for Man City as payback

Is the right answer.

It isn’t. There’s no place in sport for cheating. Let’s hope Brentford don’t get the same on Wednesday. I’ve no idea how their games go but perhaps they’ve had some stonewall pens denied too.
Cheating is cheating whoever does it.

When a Man City player, or any other player, does it to us people are on about it for weeks, calling them all sort of cheating bastards. When one of our players does it that seems ok.

Clearly wasn't a dive, as there was clear contact. It was however a bought penalty in that it was he who initiated the contact. Clever or gamesmanship? He got the pen so I guess it was clever play.

Nonsense it was a dive and blatant cheating.

Exactly.

It was a dive, he initiated minor contact himself & threw himself over.
I was raging when Dele Ali did it to us & I don't want to see a Swans player do it either.

Complaining about it would carry some weight if it decided the result. But we did win 5-1 so don't get all the bleating.

He dived, the cheating bastard! Burn HIM.

I was glad it was given, I'm happy the referee didn't book him and gave us a pen instead. I'm glad he made a mistake in our favour. I would have been spitting feathers if it had gone the other way. I don't care tonight because it didn't. Him doing won't affect others doing it to us, so I couldn't care less. Get another three that way against Man City and I'll be ecstatic. In fact, get Runty Morgan Jr back as ball boy while we are at it.

Football fans eh? No fans have ever been one eyed before. Whatever next. We'll be singing players and managers praises next and then calling them shithouses when they leave us.

In truth I don't like it in principle; in practice I couldn't care a toss if it goes for us. Stop it for everyone and I'm in.

You're a very naughty boy Ryan. Very. Consider yourself reprimanded. Make it more convincing next time.

We were gubbed at White Hart Lane but we still complained about Dele Alli cheating us by 'winning' a penalty. Just because we won comfortably today doesn't mean it's ok.
