There’s not much in there to argue with. He’ll be sacked by Southampton before the end of the year. He’s a charlatan with a tidy beard.

Completely changed the side from Cooperball with hardly any time when he was appointed.
Despite having a weaker side at the start of last season, and being shafted in the January window, he improved on the league placing. a
A young manger with a vision who made mistakes and owned up to them.
Gutted here and the last time I felt like that was when Guidolin was screwed by them. Look what followed...
Be careful what you wish for.

Incidentally, Guidolin's win percentage was better in the PL than Martin's has been in the Championship.

Hardly any time to build a team and change tactics in his first season. Improved the league position in the second with a weaker team. Despite being shafted in January. Left waiting on a contract come the end of the season along with key players.
Don't blame him going at all.
One of the few Swans managers I have real respect for. Along with Guidolin and Laudrup.
