I see he made the midweek game excuse that I predicted he would use, plus every manager knows what Russ is going to do on a Saturday, just wait until we gift a goal, and Harry Darling cost over a million quid and Fisher cost 400k for taking mk dons to mid table in the division below.. you don't have to be Nostradamus to predict things when Russ is at the wheel.. it's lower level, mediocre and highly delusional. How are we 3 points off the play offs

At present RM is performing well.

Without too many contacts in the game and a reasonably priced coaching team the club is attempting to become a regular play off contender. Last season was a failure but it could easily have been worse.

Has real problems with a clutch of players and a very suspect philosophy on playing out from the back which has partially been ditched and about time.

I suspect that due to COVID a lot of the players have stayed on as they are not getting better offers. Which is what we are seeing now with three players wanting out and no early takers or accepted offers.

To be fair we need a settled side and it looks like the team will do enough to get Russ another summer of ins and outs.
