Not sure if you’re deliberately not getting it, but please read my reply to the dog fella, you’re barking up the wrong tree as well.

Aye, never mind.

All I'm saying is that Laudrup achieved big time for us. Best football I've ever seen the Swans play in 50 years. Martin was a grifter who fooled a lot of the fans with endless talk of his "process". And the football was the most uninspiring rubbish we've had since pre Jackett. I don't think what I said was unreasonable, Martin certainly does not deserve the kind of adulation some are giving him on here.
It was a long-term project. Stalled by both Martin and the owners last season. Owners for lack of support and Martin for letting this get to him. A mistake he has admitted to often enough. Final nail was not offering him a contract.
Lets also not forget the previous season where the Patterson 'wobble' could very well have cost us a play-off spot.
I enjoyed the football in the most part and would be happy to see Luke Williams carry this forward.
Also the boy 'grifter' seems to be doing ok at the moment....

Come off it, we finished 15th with -10 goal difference. We were nowhere near the playoffs.

Anyone who thinks Martin would have got us to the playoff spots this season after being nowhere near for 2 seasons (with Piroe) needs to give their head a wobble.

Same goes to anyone who thinks he wouldn't have fucked off to Southampton immediately even if he already had signed a new contract here. Have his worshippers forgotten the circumstances of his departure from MK to come here?
