Grimes wasn't Leon, but he was always available, and kept things moving. He dictated the tempo of our play, and whilst this tempo was not always the one we wished to see, he has and will be missed. I guess what I'm saying is that he wasn't perfect, but he's better than what we have now. That's not a criticism of O'Brien, it's a criticism of our Chairman for not finding a replacement. Players of Grimes' quality aren't ten a penny, but they are a damn sight more readily available than a replacement for Leon was. How many years has he been gone now, and we're no where near finding his replacement.
