• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Montague wasn’t even here when we signed Widdell and we have no links at all to football radar.

IIRC he was identified by Montague while at Notts but the player was beyond their means so the 'tip' passed over to us during the ongoing interactions

This is in line to what I have been told and he also as access to Radar footballs database but have since been told this is not true.
I am at the stage where I am as confused as I have ever been supporting the Swans and my concern levels are at a new level but at the same time wouldn't be surprised it worked.

Without sounding stupid please can someone clear this up for me, we signed Melker Widell back in January from Aalborg BK for €3.35m. But according to www.transfermarkt.com the day after loaned him back to Aalborg BK. I don't get it ..
That’s the only way they’d accept a deal for him is if we agreed to loan back, and we did as we were scared bigger clubs would come in for him, which in hindsight might have been the correct decision seeing as he’s just had a call up to the national team.

Don’t worry, be happy, Daps. It is what it is. Blind leading the blind on a trip around Niagara Falls. We’ll be just fine…

Yes, it was obviously a condition of the deal that he saw out the season with them.

100% not true

Sweden lost to the mighty Luxembourg and he didn't manage to get on.

Might be able to sort something out 🙈

That lad Nygren looked decent, quick look and his contract with Nordsjaelland ends at the end of the year.
What a talent Isak is though in all seriousness, great player.

Montague will no doubt have his data on the nordic players.
