All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.
Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.
It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.
The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

The stinking hypocrisy is amusing too. If UEFA and FIFA were allowed to run it and dip their beaks, they’d be all over it. The PL has been self interest from day one. If they could have done it, that would have been a protected closed shop ages ago. I hope it goes through and rips apart the whole structure. I’d take football as it was in the 70s and 80s in a heartbeat, wherever we end up.

If they banned partaking players from playing for their country, the players would have to make the choice between being superstar multimillionaires or playing for the national team.
If they chose the super league then the national team and the supporters, plus the players would suffer.
Also, from their fans’ point of view, they’d get to watch world class sides at their place every time. No more the likes of Burnley or Brighton to watch.

If they do the tv deals for the Premier League would plummet... as would the trickle down to lower league clubs.
