Ultimately, we don't want to gamble but can no way afford an established option.

Montague said on his interview he had already spoken to managers, and that was his first day in charge.

I hope there's work going on in the background because if we lose tomorrow and at Preston, sticking with Sheehan and hoping we'll survive will be looking sick.
Coleman needs to be talking to potential managers and to have a plan should Sheehan start poorly.

There should have been a plan well before Williams was sacked. Unless several candidates have provided false hope when being sounded out or have changed their minds, as usual, it seems there was no plan.

Besides Sheehan. Again.

Coleman said in December we had definite targets lined up for the January transfer window, pinch of salt...
Do I have confidence that we will hire the right person???? Who Knows. But I would put all my money on it that they are looking since at least Monday.

Might see his odds drop going into next week.

WBA have taken the work out for any UK clubs now wanting to pursue him after it was discovered one of his required backroom staff wouldn't get a WP....another didn't want to go to England.
Perhaps a change of mind or he’s willing to come in with less staff? Can’t see this one happening though, he’s got nice hair though 👍🏻

If he wants to break into the UK league then he knows 2 of his required backroom staff are a no go.

Michael pulled off nice hair and Martinez pulled off no hair 🤣
I say let's get another lush of locks in 😊

Raphael Wicky's win percentage as a manager. With figures from Transfermarkt, it's said that Wicky has won 168 of the 321 games he has been in charge of across those various levels, which gives him a win percentage of over 52%.
