Yes, the latest in a long line of absolutely stupid utterances from Truss. She actually said she would ignore Nicola Sturgeon and ensure that her own policies were rolled out across the whole of the UK, FFS. What???? What happened to the devolved assemblies, were they abolished overnight so that they have no longer have any say in what happens in their own countries? Talk about treating Scotland and the Scots with utter contempt.

If the SNP wanted a boost to their quest for another referendum, in just a few seconds Truss gave it right there. If she thought that was a clever and appropriate thing to say, there is absolutely no doubt that it will have had the polar opposite effect.

This is the woman who is odds on to be our next Prime Minister in a few weeks time. This is what is coming Scotland. You elect your first minister and whoever it is will be ignored and dismissed by Westminster.

LBC Radio phone in a few days ago. Not sure if this woman is genuine because she sounds a bit too much like a cross between a Monty Python sketch and Dame Edna but some of the things she says about Boris Johnson are absolutely hilarious.
