I think he's an unpolished gem.
Give him regular game time and I think he'll be fantastic for us.

I'm not sure, Dicky. The lad oozes class, but he only seems to do it when he wants to, and not so much when the going gets tough. Let's see if Martin can get him to produce on a regular basis. Certainly on Monday he was 'oytstandin'. The way he skinned that defender on the touchline and hurdled over him on the way to setting up the first goal was sublime. Happened right in front of me, I got a great view.

Ntcham is an enigma, if he could consistently change games week in week out the way he did on Monday then lets face it Celtic wouldn't have let him go for free and he certainly wouldn't be playing for Swansea City. Many managers have tried to unlock the Ntcham puzzle in the past and while I would love it if RM was the one able to finally crack the code I find myself feeling dubious.

If we could get the best version of Ntcham on the field every game then between him and Downes we would have the core of a terrifying midfield.
