Blackbird Leys? Blackbird Leys is nowhere near as bad as some of our housing estates in Swansea. In fact, as an ex Penlan pupil, I would say it's positively posh!Blackbird Leys? Same here. I used to visit Oxford alot due to work etc and I was shocked to see how one minute you are amongst the typical Oxford dream to then suddenly being on a shocking estate.
