A new coach can change a lot of the mentality. We have seen it before. The players look like they are coached by someone who plays fifa too much. And not a good player gamer either.

Yes a coach can but in how much time?

We had failings within the team before players lost confidence or had ability tactic'd out of them.

I think he will be off, 3 coaches coming in will replace Stearman, O Dea and O Leary, Margetson the only one staying by the looks of it, it says he can also bring a 4th.

Sound good to me. We have all been saying it. But it's clear from today that Sheehan got his back room staff all wrong. He had the right ones at end of last season and it's just hasn't worked. A reset now is needed.
