• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Been sold out for a while now. Sometimes sporadic tickets appear. Wrexham were given a full away allocation of 2,076 which includes the seats that the club had covered with matting on the North Eastern side of the away sections. Not sure how many they have sold so far?

That will teach me to leave it late... didn't have this problem v Derby

Let's hope the new snoopers stay around for a few more home games.

The official attendance figures continue to look nothing like the eye test in the ground.
I know that they include all season tickets whether they’re there or not but the difference between official and actual appears to be huge at the moment.

If we can somehow win this and Hollywood No Stars lose or draw, we would be able to leapfrog them with a win next Friday. I know it’s unlikely, but that would add a bit of extra spice to what I think might be a good crowd.
I am willing to sell my soul if we win the next 2 games 😜. If we lose on Saturday and win next week that would be some return. But won't get ahead of myself yet.

The two wins over this past week have helped take some of the pressure off and build up some confidence.

I will be happy now to see a performance on Saturday that reflects that confidence, if it leads to at least a point then I would be delighted, but if not then seeing the team become more of what Matos demands is the minimum bottom line.

Has to be an escaped goat. Hopefully we get results. Last two games show we are overall, an average team. Need to fight harder.

Let's hope we don't see a Key v Zorba Thomas match up..

Hopefully Matos has done some homework on Stoke

I wonder do Stoke still play the hoof? I know we have had two clean sheets in a row but I worry about how we will stand up to bombardment.

I think we can probably defend much better against the hoof than against quick passing on the floor. If there's one thing Burgess, Cabango and Casey can all do, it's head a ball.
