• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Stoke are 22nd in the form table and have stopped scoring.

Team selection hopefully will get us something.

Wonder if using Galbraith as an inverted full-back is going to be part of strongest eleven moving forward? Fixes two of our weaknesses - Key defensively, and settling on our best midfield. He's barely a right back with the ball, so not sure we're even missing out on his playmaking by sending him there, the only question would be his defensive prowess.

Stoke are on the same run as us in their last 6 won 2, lost 4.
Definitely can go there with confidence up.
You are being too kind to them. They only won one of their last six, including two losses at home. I don't know what's gone wrong for them but this is a great time to play them.

And for whatever reason they also score very few goals in the 2nd half.

If we can somehow win this and Hollywood No Stars lose or draw, we would be able to leapfrog them with a win next Friday. I know it’s unlikely, but that would add a bit of extra spice to what I think might be a good crowd.

They looked awful against Hull last night I’d fancy our chances against them to be honest.

He ran the show against Oxford, so it could work. Moving him forward has also worked later in the game. As long as we can avoid the liability of Key we should be good

It is already a home sell out and I’d like to think they will sell all their 2,076 tickets?

Added spice it is then.

Shows what a draw they are now. I doubt we'd sell out for another mid table club.

We have had good crowds the last 2 games with the ticket offers. Over 18,100 for the last match with 1,100 away fans included. It’s also our only game over the Christmas period. We play home against WBA on New Years Day. They are a draw because people want to be part of their hugely successful documentary. They can sit down in a few months time to say we were there for that match, if it gets included.
