Sorry, but how is a draw ok given they’re 14th and awful away from home?

We have to be winning these games if we are to progress to anything other than lower mid table. Started today 8 points clear and ended 6 points clear.

I said earlier that this game would tell us a lot and it tells me we cannot close games out when we’re on top,

We played well largely but again couldn’t score when we had chance after chance.
The main thing is though, we are creating chance after chance, hitting the woodwork and on another day we win that.
I feel we are getting there.
Before Matos we were not even creating a chance sometimes.

With this squad we’re not progressing from mid table. It’s a mid table squad. We won’t finish any higher than 10th or lower than 15th. It is what it is.

A draw is a fair result. We are playing so much better under Vic Tomatoes, but we stills also produced s couple of fantastic squander too much of our possession and go to sleep for two or three minutes every so often, like at the end of the first half.
Yes, we hit the woodwork three times, but Brum also had some great chances. Twice Fulton took goal bound shots on the swede, and late in the second half saved a point for us with the most amazing last ditch tackle from behind on the penalty spot.
Vigs also produced two great goalline reaction saves. Fisher take note.
Honours even. In these kind of games, if you can't win, you've GOT to at least get a point to keep the table ticking over. We're far from out of the manure yet.
The goal line saves from the corners, Brum had a man on Vigs with one pushing into him and the other grabbing his arm. It was a naughty tactic that the ref missed both times.

Come on Lisa, we were very unlucky there. We hit the cross bar 3 times!
You could argue that a bit more quality in that final 3rd and we win.....scrub argue, I think we certainly would have.
Yes, it’s the quality that we are desperate for. That’s my point.

Elsewhere we played well but the issue is that if we don’t win when we’re on top the losses when we’re not will mount up,

I thought it was entertaining but massively frustrating as well. We have to start scoring goals.

Unless we find that winger who can bring something different to the team and chip in with some goals then I can't disagree with you.

I agree with that. I just find it so frustrating that we are beginning to look much better until we get to the final third and then we just waste chance after chance. It’s entertaining but ultimately we’ve had two games this week that we should have won quite easily, been knocked out in one of them and dropped points in the other.
It is what it is as you say but it’s not ‘ok’ to draw today. It’s a massive let down after that game.

That will come, the fitness levels for the Matos pressing game weren't there and will keep improving as time goes by.

We need that winger and can't rely on Cullen coming on to replace Vipotnik for the next few months.
It's frustrating that we are looking for loans when a permanent or 2 for the rest of the season could be massively beneficial for next season.

Lisa having a wings. What a fucking surprise!

Let's be honest all, it's like night and day compared to what we were witnessing at the start of the season under Sheehan.
Exactly
I actually look forward to game day now.
And win or lose, I’m not feeling so disappointed after watching us.
Still lots we can improve on but we are getting better and good to watch
