I was watching the game. Every time we put a cross in one of their massive defenders would head the ball away before any of our non-massive forwards got anywhere close. It was a futile exercise even if the quality of the balls had been better. That was my point. What was your point? That they should have/could have scored another three goals while we were pointlessly continuing to try to cross our way to victory? That would have been a valid response to my post if I had said anything about our defence. But I didn't. So I don't get your point. Judging by the crowd tonight - the actual real one, not the one they'll officially report - that was the absolute hardest of the hardcore. Die hards.

After nearly 5 years of putting up with Martin, Duff, Williams, Sheehan and being bored to tears, then having to endure 90 mins of that utter crap, I think we can allow them a few boos at the end. Don't you?
