• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Galbraith to Everton for like £15m in Jan '27 is going to be some of the most heartbreaking shit
it would be sad but also would be a great bit of business. We just have to hope we can keep these new signings long enough to build a good squad around them.

New signings showing up well again. Hoping we see Fisher tested and he's given a chance to redeem himself.

VIP not only not scoring goals, now preventing them

We started off well but gradually lost focus and impetus. Sheehan needs to throw some teacups around and raise his voice at half time. Its just not good enough.

VP hold up play and pass good. Unable to ever get a tap into goal. I must of seen a dozen more of these type of what if goals from VP. I really want him to be something for us but he never seems switched on.

Half time thoughts:

Casey and Burgess have been safe as houses
Parker has been busy up and down the right and linking well with Ronald and sometimes Widell
Tymon and Inoussa partnership has been very good, plenty of skill and they both put in excellent crosses
Vipotnik at fault for not moving up with the defensive line to deny the second goal
Galbraith has also been excellent, covering everywhere and distributing the ball well
Cooper I had to double check the team sheet that he was actually playing
Widell started slow but grew into the half, slightly off the pace but the passes he tries are the right ones, forward incisive balls threaded between players
