• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I'll be the dramatic one... Tonight.. It’s not end of world if we lose but it won't help our effort of new fans coming in and watching us. Many new fans are fickle.. Losing in a bad way on a night like this won't help us. Pressure yes, but embrace it. Have to come out as different team.
Not end of the world if we lose but like the Derby game so far we haven’t looked like a team who could challenge the top six at all

It’s been all passing around the back followed by hopeful hoofball. Central midfield is not turning up at all, Fulton in particular.

He played well Saturday but today he’s been passive in defence and lethargic and safe in possession

Three changes needed at half time or we're losing this.
Nunes for Ronald, Widdell and Yalcoure for Walta (shouldn't be starting, he's not match fit) and Fulton.
I’ll call, and raise you with Ward for Fulton, moving EG to the middle of the field and wait with Yalc. A little..

the boys came out buzzing from the off, buoyed by the energy and enthusiasm - only one team in it for quite some time which we should have capitalized upon

we'll do the same this half , inspired by our brilliant coach .....and win it 3-1, nailed on........
