• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Really enjoyed that game (well the 2nd half).

Don't understand why so flat in 1st half, we need to play with the 2nd half tempo all game.

Key was much improved tonight (although he didn't actually have to defend) and looked really fired up.

Yalcouye must be starting games and Nunes has to be starting before Ronald.

Cabango and Burgess struggled tonight, all their weaknesses came to the fore.

Cullen was really good and deserved his goal.

Playoffs still a possibility??

Did Snoop really leave? If he left before 90 I want an explanation.

I really love this partnership, but he needs to at least pretend to give a shit.
The preston comms said he didnt come out for the 2nd half not sure if that was true but when the camera panned at 75ish they'd all gone.

Think Playoffs might be out of reach. But who knows. Cullen seems to turn up in big games. Yalcouye for me is a player we have been needing to start for a while as he brings creativity. Walta for me doesn't work in a midfield with Fulton and Franco. Hoping we see Stamenic start on Saturday and would be up for Key over Ronald.

He didnt come out for 2nd half, he was sat in the seats behind the dug out. Empty all second half

I know Vic sees him every day in training, but my impression is Walta's not yet match fit and hasn't had enough time to adjust to the Championship. He shouldn't be starting.

Very impressed with Key tonight. I know they were on the back foot second half which meant he could go forward more, but he got more good crosses in than Ronald has all season. Bit of a risk playing him at right back against Ipswich, but if we don't take the game to them, they'll thrash us anyway, so put Galbraith in midfield and put Key there.

A draw leaves us 8 points off the playoffs
Arguably we had to win either this one or the Derby away game and failed to do either

Deserved a point for all the second half pressure and numerous half chances. Good to see a manager being proactive at half time when things clearly weren’t working.

Disappointing we couldn’t get going and didn’t play with any tempo in the first half but that’s this years Championship. Consistently inconsistent throughout the league.
