• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Weather has been biblical last night and today. Nothing regarding if the game is in doubt at all?

Other teams will also win or lose?
We'd be 6 points from relegation regardless of results; with Stoke and Ipswich playing, the max we could be is 8 points from the play-offs, but would require about 4 different results to go specific ways

That is a nutty league. Just shows a lot of teams much of a muchness I suppose. As we've seen. I mean, Milly are third, and with a negative goal difference.

Bit harsh on Vip
Put so much in Saturday the physios have probably called this one. I expect to see a ton of action from the bench.
On a side note - this is a crucial game for Idah - he needs to impress to really demonstrate his value to the squad. At times he looks quick, mobile and talented. Without the ball he looks a disinterested shirker. That just HAS to change for a coach that values the press so highly. COYS!!

I think he'll play on Saturday. He wasn't that much involved in the game on weekend other than the header and gave it away few times. Idah will bring energy in theory. Either way I'm not that worried, happy to give him a chance and VP come on second half.

Although also a good idea to play him in an otherwise settled side and against (slightly) weaker opponents. It’s all down to him to impress Vitor now.
Also think alot of people have forgotten he had a injury few weeks ago, well before International. And was being said he was gonna be out for a while. Imagine it's all data driven as well with his fitness. Matos has even said that with the backroom staff having to tell him to not push players too much with the new training routines. Either way I hope Idah can show something. We have had glimpses.

After not being able to watch the Oxford game, I’m back. Hope I’m not the jinx.

If the parking and footfall around Hafod Park and Pentrehafod is anything to go by, we’re in for a bumper crowd this evening.
