Just me that we just about scraped it then?

We should have been out of sight after 25 minutes, and then the water break absolutely killed us and the ref got worse as the game wore on.

A decent number 9 would have seen a comfortable win and on that showing Sheff Utd are going to tank this season, but we let them stay in the game.

Chuffed with the win and some very good players in the team but a lot of work to do.

Agree mate.
I did love the goal with 5 players bursting forward though. Much more of that!

I think it felt worse than it actually was at times because we missed a few chances that we really should have put away. With a striker, we win that 3-0. The general play improved as the game went on I thought but as you say, more work to do. The side still needs to gel.

Enjoyed that. Lots to be impressed with. Most played well, except for Eom and Cullen. Cullen should have scored before Ronald - missed an absolute sitter.

Anyway, SwansTV. I suffered buffering today but it always recovered after a refresh. I don't know what SwansTV's position is on this but clearly if it's happening to lots of people, on different equipment, in different homes, in different parts of the world then clearly it's a problem at their end. It's not rocket surgery.

I would complain but I fear it would be fruitless. I complained - a few times - about the missing 30mins of the Boro game and asked for a partial refund. The answers I received were laughable. If anyone remembers the Two Ronnies Mastermind sketch where he answered the question before last (or something) - it was like that. The range of responses I received ranged from "games are only available for streaming in certain countries" to "we're sorry you're leaving" - I'm not. It was bizarre. So I'm not going to waste any more time with them.

That’s an accurate summary if your name is Eeyore. Others (whose glasses are half full) saw progress and potential for a lot more from a squad that is still forming.

To be fair, this time last week we had people questioning whether Sheehan should be sacked and if the management were behaving like clowns in a minefield in this transfer window. If a week’s a long time in politics it’s an eternity in football.

Lots of positives today..

Firstly why have they closed one of the park and walk car parks.. ended up scrambling somewhere to park.

Galbraith- top quality

Burgess - distribution first half iffy

Malick / Inoussa - glimpses of stardust

Widdel- goes down a bit too easy at times

Key / Tymon - Solid

Cullen - How he lasted 80 mins is truly baffling. Wales or Vip would have been a better option second half

Massive 3 points and I think everybody there will be back for more.

The problem with watching on tv is that you domt get to see what players do iff the ball away from the focal action.

Both Cullen and Eom did a lot of good things to cintribute to the game but I also admit they squandered a couple of chances.

We have to trust the manager....I will be honest Ihjave harboured doubts about Sheehan being the right choice of the full time role and some of what I saw preseason and the Boro game didnt do much to persaude me but the Crawley game and today have made me reconsider.. Still early days but given time to gel we could have something special

Cullen offered very little.. totally marked out of the game. Lots of pointing if that counts
