• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Hopefully our commercial department comes up with an offer to fill the ground and maximise our support. We are clearly plummeting to sub 10k home support.

Can the commercial department come up with ideas to solve our midfield and wingers department. This will make or break our season.

I genuinely thought our midfield was going to be the strongest we've had since we have been in the championship. I couldn't be more wrong. Galbraith is they only player that hold his head high, the rest are dog s**t. We are going to need another 3/4 windows to replace the lot.

I think we have some decent talent in midfield, it's the wide areas and defence where we are sinking without trace.

I disagree with decent talent in midfield. I'm most disappointed with Stamenic, he's poor version of Jay Fulton. The defenders just have no options passing out from the back, the midfield is in hiding in defence and attack.

Leon needs to get that Hull dvd out and make the players watch and explain a few things

We fans whilst pi**ed off and angry need to turnnout in force as we did that day back in 2003 and ger behind the team make the .com uncomfortabke for the visitors....Matos is right we need unity

Well lose 3-1. Until they turn this around I'm not gonna be positive anymore.

You think Stemenic is worse than Fulton?

He's shown nothing for me at the moment, he's a major downgrade on O'Brien and Grimes. He's looks the part, big physical defensive midfielder, I have just found him too slow to do anything in or out of possession, but I have not given up on him just yet, hopefully he can prove me wrong.

From Snoop Dogg income stream fever dreams in the summer to relegation 6 pointers against Oxford and Pompey in December. Reality bites.
People were posting rofl smileys at me when I said we would be flirting with relegation this season. Those same people are not laughing right now.

Sadly you were correct. I based my now unfounded confidence on the end we had to last season. We all know there are a number of theories to why it didn’t materialise this season, such as the loss of the likes of Lewis O’Brien, the assistant coach appointment, etc… So sadly we are where we are. I’m not really gloomy because I think we will get better.

We will hopefully bring in some players in Jan (fingers crossed) and the new manager will have had time to work with the current squad of players. There are some talented players at our club and a win on Saturday and in midweek will be the catalyst to a big swing in our fortunes. We shall see?
