Well that was awful, positives are the undeserved point and the fact that I had a ticket but didn’t go because I’ve been ill this week.

Don’t think we’re in much danger of going down but we’re certainly looking less and less like a team that can put a playoff push together.
Playoffs wasn't all that realistic anyway. Too many people got much too carried away by such talk. We're solid mid-table. May not feel like it but that's progress.

It's starting to feel like if Luke Williams and Garry Monk had a love child then our Alan would be the outcome.
Sprinkle of this and Sprinkle of that 😂😂 and welcome to the world Sheehan 😅. I'll keep waving Sheehan banner and will continue to do so.. But I agree with your comment. Look Sheehan practically saved us from relegation, he is safe pair of hands. But time will tell if he has it in him to go up a level. I'll see how it goes before I start saying he needs to go. For me though I have started seeing a less positive approach to attacking which is starting to worry.

Is pretty much correct but the manner of performances can't be ignored.

Is this the Swansea City we want, what we are witnessing in the last few months?
Our attacking intent is far too limited.

Again, we're only two months into the season. I agree it's not a good watch - at the moment. But it's way too soon to start losing our shit.

You know that’s not a positive. You’ve watched this film before.

So why weren't the play offs realistic then? Finished mid table the last 2 seasons, after having a really bad period of results in both of them. No real standout teams in the division this season, plus arguably our best transfer window in a long long time. Have owners that seem keen for us to progress. The problem we have , is the manager. He's afraid of his own shadow. Always looking to nick a point here and there. Tried it at Birmingham and backfired and was lucky to get away with it today. These players are far far better than what this manager is getting out of them.

The play offs were unrealistic because if you did a best XI of the division, if we're being honest the only one we've got who would have a chance would be Vig. The rest are a mix of solid but unspectacular, long term potential and (sorry to say) one or two who look too flimsy for a 46 game league season.

We have improved in summer, but not to the extent we should be losing our shit because we're not in the playoffs by mid October. Just calm it down a bit, that's all I'm saying. Talk of Sheehan needing to go is ridiculous.

I was glad the final whistle went though we seemed to be the better team in time added on and Casey made a difference.
I'm not sure why Sheehan left Stamenic on for so long with a red card hanging over him and Swansea would have collapsed with 10 men. Taking Inoussa off and leaving Ronald on was bizarre when Ronald had zero contribution in this game. Yalcouhe was possibly the best player on the pitch at the end of the game.
So very very lucky to come away with a point but thank you to the football gods as we have had so many points stolen from us.

Just back and some post match stick from Saints fans.

Hope we all don't hide behind a point today. We are not a good coached side at all. We struggle with basics, opening with so many misplaced passes. Our right side is a disaster waiting to happen. What looked like a Key nutmeg was a shocker of naivety.

Vip got no service , Franco lost nearly every challenge and we don't mark players but space allowing Saints to easily thread passes through our vacant midfield.

We don't close players down quick enough allowing players to get a clear shot or cross in.

Why Saints needed 5 defenders is a mystery and we got a proper 0-0 hammering.

Not sure AS is the man to lead us forward, he's stubborn doesn't learn from mistakes and we have players who are undelivering against their clear ability.

It could be argued we have only lost 3 so an overreaction, we were extremely poor in nearly all departments and are we really progressing?

There's been very little sign of anything positive though And; we've got to be honest here
I agree to an extent - I see no evidence of any attacking cohesion and I think he still doesn't know his best team yet.

But we are a lot harder to play against under Sheehan. Players don't do stupid stuff. We don't generally give away cheap goals anymore. That has improved.

It's only October. I am hoping that by December Sheehan has decided what his best XI is, and we can start to see some attacking shape developing.

2 of them are having rave reviews for their country, Galbraith and Stamenic. We never had the best players when we first got to the premier league, but we had a manager that got the best out of them using systems that worked to their strengths. I'm sorry to say ,this guy is clueless. Our 10 games so far have been an absolute depressing watch .
