Boring so far! We go forward, nothing comes of it, go all the way back and it takes us an age to get forward again. Bidwell and Laird have done nothing so far. 0-0 written all over this.

I think we're missing Ntcham, he's more forward looking than Korey and speeds things up when we get within 30 metres from their goal.

This gane is crying out for Ntcham at half time. Smith offers nothing in an attacking sense leavjng Paterson and Piroe isolated

Have to agree Smith is not an attacking Midfielder. All is passes are backwards.

Two minute spell of purposeful passing generates two decent chances.

Dominating them until that final ball - they're sitting back and absorbing our pressure.

Absolutely bossed the game.
Looked more dangerous towards the end when Grimes stepped forward five yards. Ntcham for Smith and take our chances when they come.

Very tedious half of over playing ... no need for Korey Smith and would bring Ntchm on to give us options in the final third. Patterson is playing to deep hopefully we can tweak it a bit for the second half... at least Martin can claim our 5000 passes with only one shot on target was fruitful

Well that's 45 mins of my life i'll never get back. Korey Smith failed to make one single forward pass in the whole half not one.

All foreplay and no penetration…rather boring to watch.
