I genuinely don’t think Williams is the main problem but he will have to go now as the squad have completely given up and aren’t even trying so it’s that or get in 7 new players in a week which just isn’t going to happen,

So we will have to look for a new manager. While we’re at it we should be looking for a new captain as Grimes is an absolute bloody disgrace on the pitch.

But this is the result of years of underinvestment and a squad full of absolute dross. It’s not the managers fault, it’s the absolutely shocking club management.
Yet again we are going to have to spend money we can’t afford to change a manager and coaching team.

The Manager has everything in his corner to play players in their correct positions and cut out these tactics he employs with Key and Tymon. The Elephant in the room is Grimes where he plays leaving Franco out to dry.

If I was Coleman right now the first thing I would do is sack Williams with immediate effect.

After that I would just hire an interim coach to keep the club out of the relegation zone until the summer and take the time to properly plot a course for the club - get in the right kind of manager, know in advance of the window so I could then also start to target the right kind of players that he wants.

I would also make any and all members of the club available for sale, not one player out there today covered themselves in glory and is immune to criticism.

Possibly Franco, its hard to give him stick when he had to cover 3 Norwich midfielders by himself because Grimes was too busy being a centre half or wingback

Hi everyone. Bet you were wondering where my words of wisdom have been
Got back home late so was watching 30 minutes behind live coverage. Looking forward to reading live comments.
Bad result. Performance as such wasn't the worst I've seen. What I will pick up on is the following:-
• 2/3 flashes of the old Grimes. Driving forward and trying to look incisive
• Key had another extremely dodgy game. He has to be utilised as a winger. His defending is shit and at fault for the 2nd goal
• Decroix looked solid until the 4th goal which was shocking defending
• Tymon. Dear me. His defending is fucking abominable. His fault entirely for 3rd goal and partly to blame for 5th.
• MPH is not a winger. I think he'd struggle to beat Christie in a foot race
• And, on a comical note, super Jay Fulton. Comes on at 5-1 (or 4, can't recall) and plays every ball backwards. And gets obligatory yellow card for a pathetic tackle
• They were similar in us to how they play except they look dangerous in the final 3rd and have, in Sargent, someone who can score.

It’s nice of us to help Norwich out in their hour of need during their run of bad form

We did it for Hull (13 games without a win until they met us) and we did it for Cardiff (1 win in 13 until they met us). We're the gift that keeps on giving.

I thought Williams was an average manager at Championship level but he just isn't that good. He should just go and take Grimes with him.

Motm first half, had to bail out our back two in Cabango.. 2nd half Cabango turned into a parks footballer and he had 4 jobs to do, 5 if we're including Grimes in his 1st start

The players are throwing the manager under the bus every game now. There is no other explanation to this level of performance. We're a very average squad but not this average! It changed markedly when he (a) criticised the players and/or (b) his agent attempted, rather pathetically, to associate him with the Baggies vacancy.

LW is done, but the players should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Totally unprofessional.

This will continue until we have a new manager and I don't buy that these results are where this squad is at. Like I said, it's average but not that average.

Him and Ronald the only players even remotely quarter decent. Effed up for a goal but looks a decent signing.
