Could someone ask them to build a little more quietly as I'm staying in a flat in the marina right behind the site. One can't even enjoy ones G&T on the terrace with all that racket.

I bet those people with the marina flats right behind are right pissed off with this. It'll get worse for them when a multi-storey hotel blocks off what littel light they've got left.

It'll be interesting to see how this arena works out and whether they've got their assumptions and business model right. Seems a funny size to me, but we'll see.

Strange they haven't produced pics of the intererior as of yet (just the artists concept).

I have a feeling the place is going to be a sound engineers worst nightmare.

You know you're an old fuddy duddy when your chief concern in all of this is how snarled up the city's roads will be as 3000 people en masse make their way to a performance. Perhaps park and ride will reduce the impact.

You might not have to worry about that till 2025 until the pandemic is beaten

Use your head, field hospital mun!

And none of those have been used either.

Probably the best, as when the army set up llandarcy, they wanted to call the morgue the 'body store'.

Amazing at logistics, not so great on compassion.
