Don't forget to register your complaint. Was thinking the same myself...bloody disgraceful
Yep. Reported once again. If everyone can do this if not so done already it will help our course. It's a joke really isSound/picture delay is back again.
Any feedback on your end? I have emailed them. It's difficult to watch any home games. Someone just put a comment on their full match reply on YouTube about this. I just don't get it. At first thought it was commentary only but clearly see it's everything. We hear the ref whistle before seeing it.
Agree. I know alot of people are worried about Swans TV finding out if you are using Vpns etc. But it's worth an email. Anyone interested. These are the emails I have had some success in a response.Don't forget to register your complaint.
I just keep getting the same email reply saying they are investigating the issue and asking if there’s anything else they can help with.Any feedback on your end? I have emailed them. I'd speak to Ofcom and ask if there is an ombudsman who covers this type of thing. They are quite effective when it comes to holding the telecoms company to account like Sky, Virginmedia and so on.I just keep getting the same email reply saying they are investigating the issue and asking if there’s anything else they can help with.
So it’s going around in circles.
I am getting the cold shoulder now. As I have spoken to them so much. I have emailed them again this evening but not holding my breath. I won't give up but it feels like I am fighting my own shadow.I just keep getting the same email reply saying they are investigating the issue and asking if there’s anything else they can help with.

Thanks for the advice. I spoke Ofcom they told me they don't deal with online streaming services other than BBC. I have never gone down that approach with deadlock. Thanks for that. I do imagine it lot of people are complaining, I cannot be the only one doing this. But this battle feels like I am the only one. So the more of us complaining the better.I'd speak to Ofcom and ask if there is an ombudsman who covers this type of thing. If so ask the Swans what their complaint process is and then ask them to produce you a deadlock letter to take to the ombudsman if there is one.
That way an independent part will review the situation and act accordingly.
Did you report it? What feedback did you get? I have tons of feedback but little in return. They told me they know about the issue and everything. But still nothing been doneWas thinking the same myself...bloody disgraceful
Sound/picture delay is back again.
Now TV is terrible for that. Just like Swans TV. Like less than 5 minutes before it starts. If Now TV showed every match then would be no question over what I watch. I'm lost on this one. I won't give up but it's really annoyingIf its any consolation the NowTV Sky Sports coverage was dreadful too for the Oxford game. Stream didn't start until about 10 mins into game.
I'm asking everyone, but did you report it to Swansea? I am still hunting them to fix it. They know it's an issue but nothing has been doneSound/picture delay is back again.
Just asking a serious question here, because i wouldn't know myself having never watched Swans TV, has it ever been any good? ,because the amount of people complaining about it over the years on here is mind boggling.I'm asking everyone, but did you report it to Swansea? I am still hunting them to fix it. They know it's an issue but nothing has been done
