I’ve said before it’s never going to go away,murder has been illegal for a while now and it still happens.

Bit like shop lifting.. a persistent offender has no deterrent to stop as the punishment rarely impacts the action.

Racism is rife and won't improve especially now we have increasing sub cultures.

As for murder , it could be argued that death penalty could be introduced but there are so many mental health issues would that be the best outcome.
