Not sure why we have decided not too, it’s a 5 second gesture.

Common sense at last. A complete waste of time it achieved nothing

The gammons will be over the moon.

Imagine being upset that the club you support, have gone with the players wishes to highlight the racism that they suffer in the UK in 2021 /2022. Imagine being a person that thinks like that. Modern day. Grown men.

An anti racism gesture is never, ever
meaningless.

Already being painted by the usual suspects as a victory, as proof of player power or of plummeting revenue/season ticket sales. All of which is patent bollocks and completely misses the point of the club’s excellent statement.

The fact that taking the knee upset some Tory MPs and other assorted gammons was a victory in itself, as well as achieving its anti racist message.

The Tories - "lower than vermin".

Fair explanation there by Russ though.

The boneheads are out in force today( on Swans Facebook page)with their two pennies worth. They’re completely missing the original reason why taking the knee was pertinent.

I agree with everything that RM said there.
An anti racism message only truly means something when it is not the norm and as the saying goes "Familiarity breeds contempt"

When something becomes so par for the course that everyone skips over it and what it used to mean then it no longer has any meaning.

I've always thought that if your views align with the utter wronguns, then it may be time to reassess those views.

I await the podcast from Voice of Wales ...
