Portugal's players have probably been in more penalty shoot outs and faced more high pressure situations than a lot of the Slovenia players, so they probably always had the advantage here, but these Slovenian penalties have been shit.

I don’t think I’ve seen a shootout where one keeper save the 1st 3 and the other team score their first 3
