• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Looks like an innings defeat coming up.🙄
104 for 8 .

Oh well, 112 all out. Lost by an innings and 74 runs.

Onwards and downwards we go.

88 for 8 in 29.3 overs so far today

90 for 9 now

This could end in 2 days if we’re not careful. Any rain or snow about? 🤞

The way the England batters are playing the Glamorgan team could be in for the next test.

Absolutely spineless batting performance so far, on a decent pitch as well. I'm sure if India or most teams for that matter, had the 1st innings lead that England had wouldn't be struggling to save the game. Pathetic.

Only another 366 runs to get to avoid an innings defeat.
On the plus side is we’ve only lost 2 wickets so far. 🙄

335 runs to make Durham bat again or just bat out the next two days. 🤔

End of day 3 ...

Glamorgan 333/7.

73 more runs to make Essex bat again.

Rain is on the way. 🙏

Unfortunately the rain will not be at Durham until Thursday 🙄 the forecast there is sunshine all day.
Still, to be honest, I didn’t expect it to last this long, maybe pigs can fly…

Good effort by some, others need to shape up.
Second innings was obviously so much better.
Sorry , forgot to say we lost by an innings and 42 runs. 🙄
