Doesn’t he have more goal contributions per minute than any other Swans player this season?
4 g+a in 613 minutes its pretty impressive. With Vip recent form its annoying he got injured because he would have definitely had a run in the team.

Agreed.

It's like some supporters are determined for Idah to fail.

I have no bearing on his performances.

What are you seeing that I'm not then? Hes got a goal, a penalty, an assist and a gift. Wales has a goal and an assist in fair less minutes and has looked more willing and enthusiastic to me.

Both are clumsy and raw but one cost 8x higher than the other unfortunately.

By quite a distance, according to this website, not that I really understand the ins and outs of it all.

I don’t get the negativity, some around where I sit really dislike him and it really angers me and my boy.

Mixture of entitlement and instant success with some of our fanbase along with this need to be proven right.

A gift, fair play 🤣

Considering you're basing your evaluation on one players enthusiasm over another, this conversation has run its course.

We all cant live in fairy land. When we pay that much for a player, we're fully entitled to expect more for that price straight away. Hes not a foreign player, hes lived in Britain his whole life, there's not a lot to adjust to, hes even played in the championship before.

I don't agree with any hatred towards him, its not personal on my part, hes just nowhere worth the money we paid for him. The recruitment team deserves the criticism not him really (although there has been games where hes been going through the motions).

This could all change, maybe he'll recover and score an amount of goals befitting a 7million striker in this division. Of course you dont really believe that either - there's no evidence he can besides blind optimism.

If he costs 7 million he'll be a success because that's with performance add ons. It's not much more than half that before the add ons I have been told.

I don't know where the idea that he failed at Celtic comes from. If 36 goals in 2 seasons is failure then hardly anyone succeeds.
Just wait for the excuses about the standard of the league etc....

No idea why people need to constantly find fault.

Worth a punt on loan maybe.

If we had signed him on loan in the summer until January injury aside even, would anyone genuinely be advocating signing him for what could reach 7mill? Honestly?

Disappointing news about
Ishe Samuels - Smith out for 3 weeks with a groin injury .
Let's hope Josh Tymon doesn't get injured.
