There was an improvement last night with his shooting .
Hit the target made the keeper make saves one rebound nearly saw Eom score .
Watching him before the game hit the back of the net with low shots
I agree, I thought he was better last night.

If he hadn't overhit the pass to Cooper people would be crowing about him.

But he did and needs to improve that aspect of his game and stop running right into the defender with the ball.

I hate to be a pedant - but the problem with Ronald is absolutely NOT inconsistency. We have sat through 2 years of the absolute definition of consistency.
He runs down blind allleys, cannot see passes, and his crosses never create a chance. His fabled "pace" is also invisible - as I never see him run away from defenders, and (despite being a pro footballer) he has no grasp of the offside rule.
The issue unfortunately is not that he is inconsistent. Despite his commitment and work rate (that are stellar) he lacks evn the smallest bit of quaquality
If we even had the inconsistent 8/10 I wouldn't be as annoyed with him as I am but instead we have constant 3/10 and the odd 5/10 and then everybody waxes lyrical about him because the bar is so low.

Wrexham have bid £19 million for a striker from Ligue 1 in France who’s scored 4 goals this season.

I'm a bit confused by PSR anyway, but I don't understand how Wrexham have managed to spend 10x the cost of every other team in their league for three years. It's not like they've had high resales, as nearly all of their signings are players in their prime

I think money from the documentary and sponsorship dwarfs every other club in the league by quite some margin

Just reading that Crystal Palace were in for him too - to replace Mateta…. But they couldn’t agree a fee with Angers so Wrexham have jumped in with an over the odds offer.

That's just stupid money on a 19yr old with 30 senior apps and 4 goals!
It's things like this that just makes me realise that football finances are an absolute joke.

We are operating in a completely different stratosphere to a lot of clubs in the Championship. Thats obscene.

Their front of shirt sponsor alone brings in more revenue than all of our sponsorship deals combined. That’s not to say they aren’t breaking any PSR rules mind.

Wrexham have a £40M allowance to spend which doesn't include players sold or released freeing up wages.

Tom Gorringe said that next season our sponsorship deals will dwarf anything we’ve received before - bigger than the Premier League days.

Let’s hope that releases some extra cash for the summer.
