• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I knew we’d get a first innings lead as soon as Max predicted 500 for the Aussies.

Great captaincy again to wrap that up so quickly. One innings game.

Poor batting from the boys. Smithy owes us one next innings.

This wicket is getting slower and lower by the hour, 275 could just do it on the fourth day, but I suspect 300 +

7 run lead is an exceptional lead for England

Great morning for England 4 wickets for 14 runs off 21 balls, but it could have been so much better had Bairstow not missed a simple stumping and missed that catch off Carey and Broad's no ball, may have cost England a much bigger lead and maybe a three figure lead at that.

Over, but England will have to bat well against this Aussie attack, should be a fantastic contest this.

England 56 for 6 come end of play today, nailed on as they say ;)

One thing is for sure Max is England will be on a bit more than 56 by the end of play

Are we over or under a declaration at 250.

Weather permitting and thers enough time left, I'd like to know on what planet they declare with a 250 lead?
